Baseline® Dolorimeter – 60 pound Capacity:
Evaluate pain threshold. Standardized (1.52 cm2) flat circular probe is pushed against subject until pain threshold is reached. Measures in pounds and kilograms.

A specified weighted dolorimeter/algorimeter is rated up for that specific weight pounds of sensitivity. For example, a 2-pound dolorimeter/algorimeter is rated for up to 2 pounds of sensitivity, a 5-pound device for 5-pounds of sensitivity, etc.
